Mojo verde Sauce

Ingredients for 500 g

For the Mojo verde

  • 160 g green pepper – remove seeds and cut into large pieces
  • 1 Avocado (250 g) and the fruit of the flesh stone
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • ½ Slice of whole grain toast – remove the bark

Liquid ingredients and spices

  • 150 ml olive oil
  • 50 ml of water
  • 1 ½ limes – squeeze the juice
  • 1 Pinch Of Chilli
  • 1 TSP crystal salt
  • Pepper from the mill
  • 60 g fresh parsley
  • 7 Stems Coriander


Preparation time about 10 minutes cooking/baking time about 15 minutes

The garlic (with peel) at 200 °C for 15 Min on convection. roasting, remove from the oven and remove the skin.

Lime juice, water, garlic, Paprika, chilli and the halved slices of bread in a tall jug and using the hand blender to puree.

Then the olive oil, the Avocado, parsley and cilantro add generously with salt and pepper and puree to a creamy mass.
