Lady Gaga’s Vegas residency is happening now, and obviously, she’s got to do some stuff to warm up for all that performing—and to cool down afterward, too. Well, Gaga just shared a glimpse into what she does to get hyped up and then relaxed afterward, and it’s pretty awesome.
In a new Instagram post, Gaga shared a pic of herself posing poolside. She’s wearing a bright pink bathing suit and goggles, and looking all kinds of intense. “Pre-show routine: Hard workout and then Galactic Laps. GagaPhelps,” she wrote in the caption.
In another post, Gaga shared her post-show routine and it looks…intense. In one pic, she’s up to her neck in an ice bath; in another, she’s chilling in a warm bath. “Post show routine: ice bath for 5-10 min, hot bath for 20, then compression suit packed with ice packs for 20,” she wrote. Whew!
Gaga also shared a Boomerang of herself on her Instagram Story doing what appears to be Pilates with a trainer. She’s wearing a mirrored bodysuit from her show, as one does, during the whole thing.
While Gaga clearly does things a little differently than everyone else, she also has some more routine health and wellness stuff going on behind the scenes. A source recently told Us Weekly that Gaga “does yoga whenever she can” and she’s big on the mental and physical side of it. She also “loves being outside, at the beach or on a bike ride. When she’s getting fresh air and connecting, she’s always happiest,” the source said.
No word on whether she shivers her way through intense ice baths after all that, too.
