Is there any better feeling than finalllllyyy seeing results after spending all your time and energy at the gym and eating clean? That was rhetorical, btw, because the answer is a firm NO. Something Kylie Jenner knows all too well…
“I’m proud of my little stomach,” she captioned a snap of herself posing in a crop top and leggings on Instagram Stories this week. And considering it’s only been a year since she gave birth to her daughter Stormi, we’ll give it to her – she looks phenomenal.

Exhibit B:
Question is, how did she do it?
Lucky for us, during a recent Instagram Live session, she was quizzed on how she “got a flat tummy again.” Her answer was surprisingly simple: she cut the crap.
“Honestly, it’s all about diet for me,” she said. “I’m naturally just a really skinny person… like [sister] Kendall Jenner, but not like Kendall – she’s naturally, like, model status. But yeah, I always had a really flat stomach, but I never felt it went back to before Stormi until recently. And I feel like it has a lot to do with diet,” she continued. “Like, I really eat very crazy usually, like whatever I want – pizza, pasta, a lot of dairy, and I just kind of cut that all out and have just been eating better, and I feel like that’s the trick for me, personally.”
According to Life & Style, Kylie’s diet now mainly focuses on organic fish, chicken and raw vegetables. Plus, the 21-year-old is not a big drinker (which helps heaps too.)
On the work out front, she’s really stepped things up lately:
“Kylie has never been a fan of working out but has recently started a new routine and has been trying to be very consistent,” a source told E! News. She’s a huge fan of HIIT and has also been doing “a lot of weights, cardio running, squats and pushups.”
Via Insta the Insta Live, Kylie added:
“I also think after a child, it really does take just as long to get your body back as it did to create a child. I heard that from a lot of people. Like, it takes a full year… it really does, it really does. I definitely feel back to myself again.”
Well, all that effort (and those darn Jenner genetics) have clearly paid off. Props to you, mama!
